The reception is located on the third floor, the rooms are on the third fourth and fifth (attic) floors; all floors have elevator facility.

At what time is the room ready and by what time must I free the room?
Check in time is usually around 14:00 PM, however rooms are often available before; check out time is at 11:000 AM.
How can I reach the hotel from the Florence int'l airport or from Santa Maria Novella train station?
From the "Amerigo Vespucci" airport, which is about 6 Km away from the centre of Florence, there is a shuttle bus to Santa Maria Novella train station every 25 minutes
(service from 06,00 to 23,00). Fron the train station S.M.N. you can take a 05-10 minutes bus ride on buses n° 17 - 1 - 7, getting off at the firsth bus stop after S. Marco square on
"Via Lamarmora".
